Coaching packages
Leadership Snapshot
A focused leadership reflection and coaching experience that includes the Leadership Snapshot reflection and a 90-minute one-on-one debrief. Participants leave with clearer insight into their current leadership context, key priorities, and meaningful next steps.
Leadership Coaching Journey
A personalized engagement delivered over three to six months. It includes an initial discovery and goal-setting session, regular one-on-one coaching conversations, selected assessments or reflection tools, and an end-of-engagement review.
Team Alignment Engagement
A customized half-day, full-day, or multi-session team engagement. Depending on the team's needs, it may include pre-work, individual or team assessments, facilitated workshops, team coaching, leadership alignment sessions, and follow-through conversations.

I bring 28 years of corporate leadership experience, including 25 years with Del Monte Philippines, to my work as an executive coach, team coach, facilitator, and consultant. After concluding my corporate career in 2022, I established Valore Coaching & Consulting to help leaders and teams navigate growth, transition, and meaningful change.
My work combines business experience with professional training in executive coaching, Neuro-Semantics, CliftonStrengths®, shared leadership, and organizational development. I create thoughtful spaces where people can speak honestly, examine assumptions, broaden their perspectives, and make courageous choices.
